Course Description

In this course we will discuss the critical components necessary to communicating effectively with top executives.  Communication is the lifeblood of any organization and the H.R. professional who masters the ability to communicate effectively with top executives quickly builds their reputation, enhances their strategic opportunities and builds a collaboration that elevates organizational job performance, productivity and profitability.  

We start by exploring the complexity of the executive’s role and the uniqueness of that executive.  This is part of the 3D model of communication discussed in the introductory course.  

We then move to recognizing the value of being concise and direct in dealing with tactical issues.  

Lastly we discover opportunities for Human Resources to provide value on that sought after strategic level, creating radical change.

Dr. Loren Murfield

Dr. Loren Murfield is a Visionary Facilitator, working with aspiring and emerging leaders to do what others consider impossible.Few would have thought they would be seeing him in this role today because as a middle child of 8 and the 4th of 5 boys, no one expected he would do anything significant.
